Flexible geomembrane liners can be applied to new concrete reservoir and tank works and for the rehabilitation of existing liquid containment structures.

In either case their use when appropriately designed and properly installed systems are employed have proven to effectively extend the service life of existing concrete structures.

A well selected liner system is capable of protecting the concrete surface against corrosion when the stored water is acidic, neutral or just lime hungry. The liner system can easily be applied to concrete, brick /plaster and steel structures for the storage of Potable water or Raw water containment structures and to Bio gas reactors by an experienced installer.

Full internal liners are applied to the total “wetted” internal surface area and can be a successful solution , regardless of whether the structure has construction joints / expansion joints columns or other complex internal construction elements.

Inlet, outlet and overflow structures can be accommodated or modified to suit the liner system.

Double liners can be included in the design to provide for a more elaborate leak detection collection system if required over more critical areas such as dispersive clays, dolomites or other problem soil strata in the foundation zone.
